This Ram 600 lb capacity boat trailer hand winch is zinc-plated for corrosive resistance and includes a preinstalled 23-foot winch strap. The winch includes a 7-inch winch handle with a comfort grip, perfect for cranking the boat in when you are trailering. The winch body, gears, and forged safety latch winch strap hook are all zinc plated to provide better resistance against rust in saltwater and freshwater alike. If you need the hardware to mount the winch to your boat trailer's winch seat, you will need two Stainless Steel Winch Stand Mounting Bolts. Applying a bit of corrosion resistance to the winch's gears and moving parts can also go a long way in maintaining its corrosive resistance for a longer period of time, so consider using something like our Boeshield Spray to get the most out of your winch.
