Our Shipping and Arrival Times
Here at Out Of The Box Parts our Goal with Shipping is to get you your parts in the Time Frame to which you need them. We offer multiple Shipping transit Times that depend on your location in relation to our shipping warehouse. Our warehouse is located in Sarasota FL so shipping addresses that are closer to us will have very fast and affordable shipping options, and even locations across the country and across the world will be offered competitive shipping speeds and costs, with FedEx Express options (if available) in case the parts are needed ASAP.
Orders placed before 1:00pm EST will usually ship same day, and any orders placed after 1:00pm EST usually ship out on the next business day (Mon-Fri) or Saturday. Our shipping date estimator gives you an accurate date on when you can expect to receive your package. This estimate takes into account our 1:00pm cutoff time, weekends, and FedEx/USPS Holidays. This estimate does not take into account shipping delays due to weather or other emergencies that impact roads or our couriers, and it does not account for delays due to heavy shipping traffic typically experienced around Christmas. The shipping date estimator is an estimate and not a guarantee, but if you receive your order later than the estimate you received at checkout please let us know so that we can offer any assistance and look into any possible problems with the Delivery Date Estimator.
How Do We Ship?
Shipping Methods- Orders may Ship via Fed Ex Ground or USPS. Your shipping method will automatically show which carrier your order will ship with based on the weight of the items in your cart, so there are no surprises. Additionally, your shipping method should display an accurate shipping date estimate based on transit times to your location. Please Provide the necessary address information to successfully complete and process your order based on which carrier was selected (No PO Boxes for a FedEx shipment, for example).
Fed Ex Express- Offers customers the ability to select a bonafide guaranteed arrival time of packages. This is a more costly, but guaranteed and insured shipping method that allows you to select Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day arrival times for items. When selecting this method take into account that Saturday is not counted as a business day.
For Example, if you place an order on Thursday at 7:30 am for Fed Ex 2 Day. This order will not arrive until Monday, which would be the 2nd business day. (Friday and Monday would be the two days) This should be reflected in the Estimated Delivery Date, in this case your shipping option should say: FedEx 2D Air (Arrival - Monday Jan. 01)
International Orders- We are proud to offer shipping options outside of the US for our customers overseas and in Canada and South America. The cost you see at checkout is the final landed cost, which means it includes applicable duties & taxes as well as shipping. Just like our domestic shipping, we use FedEx shipping methods for orders to other countries. Our website detects your local currency and displays our prices for you in that currency. Converted Currencies are an estimate, and your final charge may be slightly different depending on the current exchange rate and any credit card fees your bank charges for international orders. All charges are made in USD, and not the local currency. If you have any questions about international shipping or billing please contact us and let us know.
Oversize items- *Items over 96 inches in length (or 130 inches in Length + Girth) may be excluded from Express options, shipping outside of the continental US, and may incur an oversize shipping fee when added to your cart.
Our Packaging Practices
One of our greatest goals as an internet retailer is to package your items for arrival in the same condition as if you took them off a shelf at a brick and mortar store. That being said sometimes packages must travel great distances and may not always be handled with the same care. If your package arrives and there appears to be obvious damage to the exterior of the package, make note to your delivery driver. We would request to be notified immediately. Customer Service and Satisfaction are Top Priorities of ours. We typically would request a picture to be taken of the damage to the package before opening to inventory the items. Give us a call or send us an email so we can work with you to ensure that all your items are present and in perfect condition. We are here to assist you with this process. If items arrive in a compromised condition, we will address the issue in order to get you the parts you ordered in a timely manner.
Our Hassle Free Return Policy
We want the return process to be as simple as possible - please contact us via email or phone during business hours to receive your return authorization code. We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order (items must be in new or unused condition, not installed) and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which would be processed when the return arrives to our Returns Department. This restocking fee is waived if we have made an error on your order, which requires the return of items. Unfortunately due to their custom sizing we are unable to accept returns for custom cut trailer materials (Galvanized and Aluminum I-beam, C channel, tubing, etc.. cut to length) and return shipping itself is not refundable. If your return is received after the 90 Day period, it will not be eligible for refund and will require shipment back at the buyer's expense. Keep in mind to repackage items safely to prevent damage in shipment. Also, use a notable service such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS that will also provide you with tracking information.
