This Tapered Roller Wheel Bearing # 387A is designed to fit trailers that use 8 Lug, 9,000 - 10,000lb Hubs. This Bearing Size is typically used as an Inner Bearing (the bearing installed near the Grease Seal), but not all 8 Bolt hubs will use this particular bearing. 8 Lug Trailer Hubs range in Capacity from 7,000lb to 10,000 lbs, and the weight rating of the Trailer Hubs and Axle is determined by the bearings inside. Because of this, 8 Lug hubs must use a variety of different sized bearings, and it's always best to check the Bearing Numbers and Measurements in your Trailer Hub Prior to ordering so you know you're getting the correct parts to fix your Trailer.
