This 5 inch Black Rubber Roller has a 1/2 inch inner diameter that would typically mount on a Zinc Plated Roller Shaft 6.5 inch long 1/2 inch Diameter. This roller will mount on brackets that bolt to the cross members of your boat trailer. Commonly you can secure this roller to the shaft using 1/2 inch Zinc Plated Boat Trailer Roller Shaft Pal Nuts. These pal nuts hammer onto the shaft and secure it tightly. Heavy Duty Rubber and the Spool design of the roller allow for easy loading and unloading of the boat. This design will work on many types of boat hulls.
