This is a Zinc Plated Roller Shaft that measures 5/8 inches in diameter and measures 6 1/4" long. You would ideally use this roller shaft on a 5 inch Black Rubber spool Roller 5/8 Bore. This allows for the extra room needed to run the shaft through the roller and for the 5/8 inch Zinc Plated Boat Trailer Roller Shaft Pal Nuts that secure (hammered on) the roller and shaft assembly into a 5 inch Galvanized Roller Bracket that would mount to the cross member of your boat trailer with bolts or U-Bolts.
