If you’re having a difficult time raising and lowering your utility trailer ramp, it may be time to replace your ramp spring! The last thing you want is to have little resistance when lowering your trailer ramp only to have it slam into the ground or to have to lift it back into the lock position with no assistance from your spring. If either of these scenarios are happening, it's likely time to replace your worn out ramp spring.
Like anything that gets wear and tear on a trailer, these Trailer Ramp Assist Springs become less tensioned over time, eventually needing to be replaced. The Replacement Spring Assists come in a Right Side Version, and a Left Side Version, like this one here. The inner diameter of the opening in the spring is designed to fit over a 1 1/2" Round Shaft, and it measures about 11" overall, with 4 inch legs.
Features:
- Left Hand Side
- Fits 1 1/2" diameter Pin/Tube
- Assists in Lowering and Raising your Utility Trailer Ramp
