This listing is for the 1/2 Inch diameter Drive In Zinc Plated Hub Stud commonly used on Axles with a weight rating between 3,500lbs and 7,000lbs. These Studs have been used in both Drum Hubs as well as Idler Hubs with Disc Brake set ups. This Stud is designed to be driven into your hub using a hammer or small mini sledge, and stays in place via the Splines towards the shoulder of the Stud. 


This stud has an overall length 2 1/4 and a thread length of 1 1/4, allowing this Stud to be installed in a variety of different Trailer Hubs. This Hub Bolt has an outer diameter of 1/2 Inch and the Spline that taps into the Hub measures 0.54 Inches ensuring a snug tight fit when installed in the correct socket in the hub. This Hub Bolt features a thread pitch of 1/2 - 20. This means there are 20 threads for every 1/2 Inch of thread. 


These Studs feature a robust Zinc Plated finish that offers excellent protection against Rust and Corrosion making this a great option for Trailers that are commonly stored in areas with high levels of moisture or Boat and Jet Ski Trailers that are often dipped in Freshwater or Saltwater.
