This 10,000 pound heavy duty pintle hook combo fits a 2 inch by 2 inch receiver. As this is a pintle hook combo, when towing using the 2 inch ball, the gross towing weight is 10,000 lbs compared to the gross towing weight using the pintle ring of 16,000 lbs. Also called a military hitch, this pintle hook is made out of heavy duty solid steel and can be locked in using a 5/8 inch pin to secure it to your vehicle. The length from center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the pintle hook is 9 ½ inches and the length from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball is 11 ¾ inches. This pintle hook is made to tow 2.5 inch or 3 inch pintle rings. With a black high-gloss powder painted finish and a very common receiver size for most trucks, plus the 1- year warranty through Curt Manufacturing, it is a great addition to your towing arsenal.
