This is a Steel Painted Trailer Hub designed for use on Enclosed and Utility Style Trailers that have 3,500lb Axles. This Trailer Hub is rated at 1,750lbs, has a 5 on 5.5" spacing, and uses the standard 1 1/16" x 1 3/8" 3,500lb Bearing combination. This is installed to your Trailer using either a Castle Nut or a Spindle Nut to secure the Hub to the Axle, as well as a Spindle Washer or D Washer to protect the outer Bearing from the Castle Nut. A Cotter Key, Tang Washer, or Retainer Cage is then used to lock the Nut to the Axle depending on the style of Nut you have. A Bearing Buddy, standard Dust Cap, or Accu-Lube Dust Cap is then installed into the hub to complete installation.

This kit comes complete with a 1,750lb rated Painted Steel Trailer Hub, Inner 1 3/8" L68149 and Outer 1 1/16" L44649 Bearings, a standard 1.98 Dust Cap, 5 Zinc Plated Lug Nuts, and a rear Seal with an Inner Diameter of 1.72".
