Heavy Duty Trailer Brake Drum 10,000 lb 8 on 6.5 Bolt Pattern 12 1/4 inch x 4 inch

This Dexter #9-27 painted steel 8 lug on 6.5 inch bolt pattern trailer brake drum works with a 10,000 lb oil bath hub assembly that would have that same bolt pattern. Trailer brake drums like this are generally used on heavy-duty land trailers, utility trailers, cargo trailers, and RV trailers. Trailer drums provide surface area for the brake shoes to grip when the brake is activated. This particular brake drum has a weight capacity of 5,000 lbs (10,000 lbs per pair).
