This replacement Boat Trailer Swivel Top Angle is made with (pre-galvanized) 11 gauge Steel (about 1/8" thickness). The Galvanized Swivel Top is commonly used with 2 x 4 bunks and allows them to be angled to meet the contour of your boat hull. Swivel Top Replacements like this one here can be used 1 per bracket, like on the standard galvanized swivel top brackets, or 2 per bracket on heavy duty Bunk Supports that use a 2" x 2" tubing as the support.
This particular replacement Boat Swivel Bracket uses a 3/8 inch diameter bolt to secure it to your Boat Trailer Bunk or Bolster Bracket, which is not standard. Please be sure you buy the correct hardware for this angle top.
In addition to the mounting bolt, you may also want 5/16 x 1 1/2 Galvanized Lag Screws for Swivel Top Bunk Bracket (2) to mount your bunk board to this swivel top.
