2 inch Galvanized Boat Trailer Hat Bracket for V Guide of Bunk Support

This heavy duty hat bracket is an ideal replacement for boat trailers. Made out of 3/16 inch thick hot dipped galvanized steel, it can be used in conjunction with a V-guide set up or bunk board supports. Typically this item will fit on a trailers cross member that is 3 inch x 3 inch square tube. The hole spacing center hole to center hole measures 3 5/8 inches. You will need to use a that is 3 inches wide on the inside. This hat bracket is used to clamp front v-guides or bunk boards that use 2 inch x 2 inch square tubing for their support. To select the correct U-Bolt go to Boat Trailer U-Bolts. We have also made the correct size U-Bolts in Galvanized and Stainless steel available as an add on to the right of the product image. These are the trailer mounting u bolts you would use to attach the support bracket to a 3" x 3" trailer cross member. The inside diameter of this hat bracket is mean't for a 2" x 2" V Guide or Bunk bracket support. When you tighten down on the U-Bolt nuts, that bow guide or bunk support will become securely fastened in place.
