02475 Replacement Trailer Bearing 1 1/4" ID for 7,000 - 8,000lb Trailers

This Tapered Roller Bearing # 02475 is designed to fit 7,000 - 8,000 lb trailer axles that use 8 Lug Hubs. This Bearing Size is typically used as an Outer Bearing (the bearing installed near the spindle nut where the dust cap is installed), but not all 8 Lug hubs will use this particular bearing.  Because of this, it's always best to check the Bearing Numbers and Measurements in your Trailer Hub Prior to ordering so you know you're getting the correct parts to fix your Trailer. The Inner diameter of this wheel bearing measures 1 1/4 inches, which would be the same measurement as the surface of the spindle this bearing fits on. This is not a particularly common outer bearing for heavy-duty 7k and 8k hubs, so you will generally see this used on specialty axles and hubs instead of the common hubs used with the #42 spindle type.
